Capacity Building in Legal Aspects

The legislative process is one of the main task of legislature bodies of democratic countries, whether at national or local level. However, a number of countries in the process of adopting new legislation and in its implementation face a large number of problems and difficulties. For this reason, we decided to share experiences of Slovak Republic in the field of preparation and implementation of legislature, whether on state or local level, but also in the field of transportations of EU regulations.

In this context a one day training will take place and will be aimed to increase legal capacity of Gagauzian officials both from the Bashkan office as well as People’s Assembly.
