Objectives and methodology of the training
The objective of the training is to improve competences of participants related to preparation of project proposals.
During the training the participants will gain general overview of the processes related to proposal planning and project implementing. They will not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also practical experience in working with the tools applied in the key phases of project preparation: analyses and planning.
Initial part of the training will focus on presenting the theory and case studies. Maximum emphasis will be on working on concrete ideas provided by the participants, closely related to the fields relevant to the participants, developing them into “model proposal drafts” by applying the tools of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA).
After the training the participants will have improved their ability to actively work in project teams, initiate and prepare projects, they will have basic knowledge and experience in working with LFA tools.
All the knowledge and tools presented during the training will be linked with specific parts of application forms of different Managing Authorities. Thus we make sure they understand links between methodological approaches, application forms and real sustainability of projects and are able to correctly formulate sound project proposals.
The training will be in a form of interactive and dynamic combination of presentation, group work and discussions.
The training will be done in English with interpretation.
